BAJUS Fair Enchants Foreigners

Foreign dignitaries, including diplomats, have appreciated the role of Bangladesh Jeweller’s Association (BAJUS) in promoting the jewellery industry by holding different events like BAJUS Fair.
“Bajus Fair-2024 seems very interesting and charming,” said Kosovo’s Deputy Head of Mission Visar Kluna while talking to the media during a visit to the fair at International Convention City Bashundhara (ICCB) in the capital on Thursday.
The diplomat said that the stalls are displaying captivating and quality gold ornaments.
“The gold is of high quality complete and readily available. We are impressed to see such a beautiful and attractive gold fair,” she said. Leaders of BAJUS accompanied the foreign delegate.
Sri Lankan embassy’s First Secretary Srimali Jayarathna was also present on the occasion.
BAJUS is organising the three-day exposition, which will help stimulate investment in the jewellery industry.
Officials of BAJUS hoped the fair would play a crucial role in boosting the industry domestically and consolidating the position of Bangladesh in the global market.
The fair having nine pavilions, 17 mini pavilions, and 15 stalls will remain open for visitors from 10am to 9pm until Saturday.
